Based in Seattle and created in 2025, RoseWhip Productions (RWP) is a dynamic, fresh take on the food & beverage industry. Lately it seems like dining out can feel transactional, cold, and overpriced for what you get. By focusing on the things that actually matter: great hospitality supported by consistent, high-quality product, we plan on changing the game.

RWP is the brainchild of two tenured restaurant professionals, Jake Whipple & Sara Rosewall, and they just happen to be married. Meeting many moons ago while working in a Madrona restaurant, they have been waiting for the perfect moment to rejoin forces professionally.

It easy to forget what makes going out so fun. Why we return to the spots we love, again and again. It’s not just the signature cocktails or a multi-course tasting menus that make something memorable; it’s the people and the experience. We aim to treat every guest as if they are joining us in our home while still recognizing that the evening should be theirs to control.
