Jake Whipple
is a career bartender with a 15 year history in both neighborhood bars and world renowned establishments. He has built and executed multiple menus and concepts from the ground up. He brings an improvisational, relaxed style and a technical expertise that gives guests a sense of ease, comfort, and excitement. Jake seeks to create a welcoming third space where guests are guided through their food and beverage journeys at their leisure.
Sara Rosewall
is a longtime front of house professional with 15 years’ experience, managing some of Seattle’s best-known dining establishments. She has particular passion for establishing operational efficiency and coherent standards to ensure the highest level of service while simultaneously creating a positive work environment for her employees. She strives to create a restaurant where everyone feels welcome and valued.
